Yes! We sell instruments online! In fact, 95% of our sales are to musicians far away from our shop in St. Paul, MN. It's easy! It's safe! And we have a great worry-free return policy!
Always feel free to call, email, or text and ask us any questions about purchasing an instrument or bow. We're happy to help you make the right selection. All of us a Fein Violins are professional musicians and teachers. We want you to have an instrument you'll love!
We want you to love the instrument or bow you get from us! You always have 10 days after receiving the instrument to evaluate it in any manner you like. If, for any reason, you're not loving the instrument, simply contact us within the 10 day period. We'll arrange for free return shipping. Once the instrument is back in our shop, you can get a full refund or we can send another instrument that might work better. the choice is yours.
When you go to checkout, there's a question that says "Have a coupon code?" Type in your coupon code, then "Apply" and your cart will recalculate with the discount. You can then checkout with the discount applied.

When we receive your order, Andy sets up, customizes, adjusts, and finish your instrument to your specifications before it is shipped to you. That process usually takes 7 to 10 days. We ship via UPS which usually takes 3 to 7 days. So, assume it will be about 2 weeks from the time you place your order to the time you receive your instrument. We'll email a UPS tracking number when the box containing your instrument is labelled as picked up by UPS. You can track your package at UPS.com
Yes! We ship instruments all over the country and all over the world and rarely encounter a problem. If a problem or damage does occur, WE take care of it so you don't have to. The instruments are shipped insured. If there's a problem, we'll deal with UPS directly AND we'll prioritize shipping an undamaged instrument to you with (of course!) no extra charges.
Yes! We've been in the violin business since 1982 and Andy started his apprenticeship in 1977. We have decades of experience and reliability. We're also one of the few violin shops to belong to the Better Business Bureau.
